I learned from the half pistols - started on my right leg. I figured if I can't get through my unstable leg with balance, then the EC may not be for me. Once I had 40 on my right, my left was a breeze. Good butt workout... 3 Quote Current Big Fat Hairy Goals: Hip to Waist Ratio down to 88%. Capable of 50 pushups, 100 situps, 20 pull-ups in one massive superset. Able to do a bodyweight bench press. Run 10K 1/week for 1 month. Earn 2nd Degree Black Belt. Why? Thanks for the tip, it helped massively! No falling, but plenty of flapping and flagging to keep myself on a relatively even bearing whilst doing these on my right leg. Am I the only on who thought that? Nope! I definitely felt it in my feet. I have flat feet so balancing poses usually burn for me though. Done, but no EC . It turns out I'm actually more stable on my right foot, though I'm also right handed. I usually float mine about an inch or so above the ground, that way you're engaged the whole time.
