Seth_Ro
Week 1 I had the flu! Didn't go into the office until Thurs so missed out on opportunities to cycle to work etc. However, I set a new Personal Best for sleep; averaged 11 hours per day while I was sick 😆 I recorded my lunchtime walks on Thurs and Friday in my phone calendar, which was OK but not ideal. Will try to think of a better way of recording exercise other than using Strava (I don't like Strava). Summary and points 🏃♂️Walking (5 pts) 5 x (Thurs + Fri + Sun) = 5 x 3 = 15 pts 🚲 Cycle to work 0 pts 🥘 Food (50 pts) Cooked 1 meal from scratch = 50 pts 💤 8 hours sleep per night (20 pts) 7 x 20 = 140 pts 🛏️ In bed by 10:30pm = 5 pts 5 x (Tues + Thurs + Fri + Sat + Sun) = 5 x 5 = 25 pts 🚶♂️ Get outside (15 pts) 15 x (Thurs + Fri) = 15 x 2 = 30 pts Week 1 total = 260 pts So, my first week was an unimpressive 260 pts (but I had a tricky start). I'm challenging myself to reach 500 pts in Week 2. Also, thank you to Whisper, DarK_RaideR, Silmarilliane, Sovalis, Rookie, ViperN7, athousandwords, Sea-to-sky, Scaly Freak and Laghail for the welcome messages. I can tell that the community is v. encouraging and supportive! I didn't expect so many responses and it is very much appreciated. 7 Quote Link to comment
