'BoutThatActionBoss
I am the exact same weight for the fourth week in a row. I am actually amazed more than anything else. I am disappointed that I'm not going to come close to my goal weight for this challenge, but at least I didn't gain? How is everyone else doing this week? 4 Quote CURRENT CHALLENGE Link to comment

I don't really count KCAL's or anything. The meal itself is suprisingly the same size as usual. And i'm having a much easier time than anticipated. In the past i have done 5:2 IF for over a year so i am used to most situations/feelings you come across when fasting, and it's even a little comforting. Seems like this is one of the easiest ways for me to actually get stuff done. I have a friend (another motorcycle tourguide) who has been doing this for over a year now and he has made solid progress. Progress for me is not too bad either, but first i need to sit this one out for a longer time before i discuss the results. The short term results are encouraging enough to keep it going. Congrats on your weight loss, even if the circumstances aren't the best! 4 Quote ... a little odd in the head ... Link to comment

Terra
A long overdue update... I have managed to maintain my weight for the last couple of weeks (at 192 lbs) and given that I have driven to Denver twice (over 1500 miles) I am happy with those results! I like to munch on snacks with strong flavors while driving long distances, it helps with my focus on those trips. This last trip I got a bag of Red Hots and I would put them in my mouth one at a time... That was perfect!!! Lots of flavor, a solid little thing to have in my mouth, but not a lot calories. 5 1 Quote Ranger-Monk Hybrid - Do all the things and lots of BJJ I am a strong little powerhouse Current Challenge: Terra turns 50?!?!? 'BoutThatActionBoss
Welp, I end the challenge with the EXACT. SAME. WEIGHT. for the last five weeks. I don't think that has ever happened to me. I ended up losing three pounds, which is good! But nowhere near my goal of 12. Ultimately, a net loss is better than gaining, but I am a bit disappointed. I simply am eating too much. I'm consistently going over my MFP calorie limit, it's that simple. But, I am ready to have a good spring! Good luck to everyone with your final weigh-ins and have a wonderful weekend! 5 Quote CURRENT CHALLENGE Link to comment

Mistr
My weight is exactly the same as at the start of the challenge. I suppose it could be worse. I feel like I did clean up my eating habits quite a bit. My exercise level has stayed about the same. I think my main problem is stress. I cannot face cutting back on comfort food when my work life is insane. This has happened before when work was crazy. We have two new people starting next month. I hope that when they get trained things will calm down and I'll be able to lose the extra weight. That would coincide with nicer weather and doing more active things outside. I am not going to actively try to lose weight before then. 4 Quote Level 80 Viking paladin My current challenge Battle log Link to comment
Elastigirl
Down 2.5 pounds. Fairly decent since I didn't start the challenge until 2/22. I was hoping for more, but that's about a half pound per week. It's a deficit I can be consistent with, and that's key for me. 3 Quote Wisdom 22.5 Dexterity 13 Charisma 15 Strength 21 Constitution-13 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind' Luke 10; 27 Link to comment

Mr_Willes
i've lost 1.4 KG over the course of 12 weeks. That's not a lot. BUT it is something AND i didn't GAIN anything. Also, i've just updated the sheet to use my average weigh ins. Cause that's the only way i can handle weigh ins. Looking back, the end of February completely derailed me. It was my son's birthday in that period and I only had one run that period. I just need a bit more structure in it. Keep on running, keep on being strict, and at least don't let go for more than a day (or 2) make up for losses! A quick glance at the charts says i would have doubled that loss if the end of February was status quo. That's the goal i'm gonna give myself for the next block. 3 Quote ... a little odd in the head ... Link to comment

Once I started to feel better I kept putting weight back on. I did have my calorie target set higher but it seemed like no matter what I did I kept gaining daily. But I needed the break, the extra rest, and extra calories for recovery so whatevs. I did still lost just under 8 pounds and I'm pleased enough with that. And I'm ready to start over for another 10.
