MaylaKae
I made a little spread to help me brain-dump all of the things I need to do between now and Tuesday (5 more days AHHH!) I like the monthly layouts as well @Jarric and @zeroh13 I worked on a cleaning to-do list for this weekend. I kind of wanted it on it's own sheet but I had already laid out next week on the next 3 pages. but I think I should just bite the bullet and start a page for housework to-do list between weeks 2 and 3's pages. I mean it's a bujo, so do we what we want right? Plus I could make it a FUN FUN FUN cleaning/housework to-do list. Here's the work on this week, with the to-do list on a postie. Jonesy
@Starpuck That circular week is amazing! Kudos to @karinajean for the inspiration. @zeroh13 I love your monthly cal. How do you like using the brush pens? @Taddea Zhaan you should totally start a housework page or pages! But I kind of like the idea of just using a post it note you can move from week to week. I have been writing my weekly fitness schedule on a post it because my cardio changes based on the weather and I got tired of writing it down and then crossing things off and re-arranging them. But for next week I drew a box for: Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday etc(you get the idea) Where the days are in pen but then I will write the activities in pencil so I can erase and not feel crazy. 5 Quote Jǫrð, Delvian Nomad - Level 12 { Battle Log } Link to comment

They're fun, but take a lot of getting used to, and lots of practice. Learning the lettering? Not so fun. I've found tutorials on the basic strokes and stuff, but not so much on putting the strokes together to form letters, and putting the letters together to form words. Just seeing the finished letters/words isn't that helpful for me. These are also my mom's old pens, so some of them are a bit low on ink, which can cause issues sometimes with making uniform lines, especially when doing down strokes (the thick lines). 1 Quote Current Challenge: Zeroh, stick to the routine! The brush script looks so pretty, you did a great job on yours! For your low ink problem, I'm not sure if you can do it with your pens or not, but blending might help with the lines. I've used a blending palette but I've also used any old plastic, I've even used a zip lock bag. 2 Quote GoodReads MyFitnessPal Spoiler Previous Challenges: 2020: 1.20 - 2019: 1.19 l 2.19 2018: 1.18 l 2.18 l 3.18 l 4.18 l 5.18 l 6.18 l 7.18 2017: 1.17 I 2.17 I 3.17 I 4.17 I 5.17 l 6.17 l 7.17 l 8.17 I 9.17 l 10.17 2016: 1.16 l 2.16 l DA v.1 l DA v.2 I DA v.2 Reloaded I DA v.3 I DA v.4 I 8.16 I 9.16 I DA v.5 I 11.16 2012: 1 2013: 2 l 3 l 4 l 5 l 6 l 7 l 8 2014: 9 l 10 l Not Done Yet l Time to Conquer l Conquering HFC for Life! mightstone2k
Here's my very spartan monthly spread and sample of my daily logs: Like I said, I wish I had more creative/artistic tendencies and could thwock a few awesome designs in there. That was never my strong suit. Next year I think I'll switch to a dot grid instead of lined. I just happened to have this one sitting around. 5 Quote Battle Log Lifetime Training Goals 2017 Goals Dovie'andi se tovya sagain. Avatar courtesy of Starpuck Link to comment

I like the aesthetic of simple and clean. Separating the things with actual dates attached and just things that need to be done that month is something that I was never able to do in a way I liked with traditional planners. Seeing this in Ryder's tutorial made so much sense to me. The key is setting aside time on the last day of the month to migrate. That's one commitment I've made to myself that's worked out so far this year. 3 Quote Battle Log Lifetime Training Goals 2017 Goals Dovie'andi se tovya sagain. RedStone
So here is my "professional" bujo page, in my work binder. Keeping it simple because clients see it and I fear that some people may take me less seriously if it's like CHIBI EVERYTHING! (The binder is already a rainbow afront of folders and such). I made the original on graph paper and ran it through photoshop to lighten the grid inside my boxes and completely remove from everywhere else. I've got a bunch printed out in the binder and a file to print from whenever (Not including a filled out one cause client details etc) And my shopping list from yesterday This puts my current tally up to 3! 8 Quote ~Peace Be The Journey~ one - two - three - four - five - six - seven- eight - nine - ten - eleven - twelve - thirteen - fourteen - fifteen - sixteen - seventeen - eighteen - nineteen - twenty - twenty one - twenty two - twenty three - twenty four - twenty five - twenty six - twenty seven - twenty eight - twenty nine - thirty - thirty one - thirty two - thirty three - thirty four - thirty five - thirty six Link to comment

trickstur
Wasn't 30 minutes, but here are 4 of the layouts I have in my bujo that I've done this month. On second thought it looks like I'm going to have to do 2 at a time. So the first two are going to be my monthly spread for this month, as well as my weekly spread for this month. As you can see if I have a bunch of charts and coded stuff. Like the boxes on the left side stand for Sleep (hours), Mood (1-9), Mood (1-9), and Record (I write an update somewhere, whether it's here, an instagram photo, or something else). On the right side is my BAM(F) tracker stats where I assign points every day for things I've done to progress on those things. I'll have the categories on the next post (which I haven't completely filled out yet). To the right of that is my diet, weight, water, and sleep info (the zz is if I went to bed by 11:30 which is my new goal). The two big empty boxes are going to be sketches or zentangles. The graphs graph my points, health, mood, or sleep (hours). My weekly goals are next to that but I haven't filled that in yet. I'm considering moving the graph that says 1, 2, 3, 4. That's supposed to be 15 day increments and how I'm doing (1-9 same scale as the other things). Top right I have my spanish word of the week, which I choose from this set of 1,000 flash cards I have. I'm going to try this layout for this month and maybe change it up a bit in July. Yes I overthink things. XD. 5 Quote "Don't tell me the sky is the limit, when there are footprints on the moon." trickstur
Let's try this again. I used photobucket. Gratitude log, Brain dump, & Health Tracker I haven't quite finished filling in the category info, but those are probably the categories I'm going to stick with. It's a process. :). Basically if I work towards a category I always get a point, if I don't I don't get a point. The +2 is saved for bigger occasions/progress, and I guess big enough I might even do a +3. 4 Quote "Don't tell me the sky is the limit, when there are footprints on the moon." Lara
Picture time! The last one is part of a new practice plan for the next 3 months, which I am organizing right now. I'm being tempted by giving a try to the sketchbook that @Jonesy suggested. It's a thick paper, but I guess that would mean I could use markers without problems, unlike what happens with this paper: you can see that between the moon and the text, the indian I drew in the previous page is visible 6 Quote Link to comment
